Job Summary
Serve food and beverage on the gaming floor while selling items with an upbeat attitude. Clear dishes, wipe tables, organize sections, and restock work equipment. Balance sales, handle cash and credit via the P.O.S. system, and practice Smart Serve protocols. Collaborate with co-workers and follow opening, closing, and AGCO, GCGC, and HR policies. Work flexible evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights. Maintain a Smart Serve certificate and Gaming License.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet stipulated deadlines
- Cash handling experience
- Smart Serve certificate
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Smart Serve Certificate
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Gaming License
- Must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights
Desired Qualifications
- Previous P.O.S. experience an asset
- Excellent customer service and people skills
