Job Summary
Servers at the Seattle Kraken are responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverage to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction through knowledge of menu items and service procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining a presence on the floor, performing opening, closing, and side-work duties, and being knowledgeable about alcohol service laws. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and previous experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment. A current Alcohol Server Permit and Food Handler’s Permit are mandatory.
