Job Summary
As a Part-Time Server at Enso Village, you will create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests by delivering attentive, professional service, maintaining menu knowledge, and coordinating with the Dining Room Manager and Executive Chef. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, guiding them through the dining experience, following established service protocols, setting and resetting tables, clearing and clearing dishes, delivering food and beverages, assisting with opening/closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and safety, operating and maintaining equipment, and collaborating with management and staff to ensure smooth service. A Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain one) is required, and prior food service experience is preferred. Proficiency in English is required, and the role requires flexibility to work on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position offers non-tipped pay in the range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, with full-time benefits available for eligible team members along with a supportive, inclusive work environment.
