Job Summary
Take customer food and drink orders, serve beverages, and prepare itemized checks while accepting payments. Escort guests to tables, set up and clear surfaces, and operate the cash register for closing checks and end-of-shift paperwork. Check patron identification to verify alcohol purchase eligibility and maintain tidy, stocked tables throughout the shift. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers certifications, while mastering the P.O.S. system and station rotation assignments. Work in a high-pressure environment at Hotel Erwin's High Rooftop in Venice Beach, embodying the venue's authentic, eclectic culture.
