Job Summary
Senior Inspector, Highway & Bridge role performing construction inspections on bridges and highways in Connecticut. Responsibilities include construction layout, engineering computations, field testing, maintaining inspection records, punch lists, testing and commissioning support, tracking quality assurance progress, and contributing to area/equipment turnovers. Requires a high school diploma or GED with 10 years of related inspection experience (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and ability to pass MVR review. Preferred qualifications include NICET Level 3, a Bachelor of Science in a relevant field, CCM or PE license, CTDOT experience, and willingness for overnight/flexible work. Sponsorship assistance is available; relocation is not.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 10 years of related inspection experience on bridge and/or roadway construction projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License to visit project sites, clients, and offices; must pass Motor Vehicle Records review
