Job Summary
Part-time Senior Business Developer / Community Liaison to expand Shalom Family Care's referral network in San Joaquin County and surrounding communities. Develop and execute territory growth plans, conduct regular field visits, networking activities, and community outreach events to grow private-pay and veteran client base. Maintain CRM documentation, activity reports, referral tracking, and pipeline management. Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and service excellence goals, and represent Shalom Family Care professionally in the community. Requires relationship-driven, organized, and results-oriented professionals with healthcare business development experience; preferred Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in healthcare business development or related roles; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare business development, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, healthcare sales, or related experience
- Proven track record of generating referrals, developing business, and building long-term referral relationships
- Strong territory management, CRM, reporting, and organizational skills
- Existing referral relationships within San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, or surrounding counties strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Health, or related field preferred
