Job Summary
Assist with invoicing, freight, and inventory processing while supporting month-end closes, reconciliations, and adjusting journal entries. Manage daily operational accounting for Mass Retail and DTC channels, execute accounts payable system implementations, and perform month-over-month and year-over-year analysis of balances and margins. Build relationships across global finance and shared services teams in the US, UK, and Germany to support project-based work including AI automation, SOX readiness, and special initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in an accounting or audit function
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
- Active CPA license, or pursuing
- CPG, retail, manufacturing or e-commerce experience
- Experience in accounts payable
- Experience with SAP/S4
- Advanced Excel skills
- Accountable and proactive, willing to roll up your sleeves as needed and are 100% reliable, you do what you say you will do, and proactively closes the loop
