Part Time Self Storage Relief Manager

Job Summary
Greet customers at the facility, assist with unit selection, and complete all rental paperwork and daily bank deposits. Perform scheduled facility walk-throughs, lock checks, and maintain merchandise while cleaning vacant units to rentable condition. Track past due accounts, record customer information, and execute monthly marketing activities including calls, visits, emails, and social media posts. Prepare auction units according to procedure and assist customers with U-Haul rentals and equipment returns. This part-time role operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, pass background checks and drug screens, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Successfully Complete Background Check
- Successfully Complete Drug Screen
- Attitude and Aptitude Testing
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Distance vision

- Must be regularly required to stand
