Job Summary
Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises, perform access control at entrances and exits, and handle conflict resolution and deescalation. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity while providing detailed written reports. Interact frequently with client employees and guests, responding to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation. Work in a team environment to ensure site goals are achieved daily, carrying out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
- Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
