Job Summary
Security Officer role on weekends in Logan, UT. Responsibilities include managing access at security entrances/exits, conducting patrols at client sites in various weather conditions, and reporting safety issues. Requires de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills, frequent interactions with employees and guests, and ability to work in a team to meet site objectives. Offers medical/dental/vision/Life/AD&D, 401K, paid training, weekly pay, PTO, uniforms, and additional benefits. Must be 18+, have a valid Utah driver’s license, and a High School Diploma or GED (or ability to obtain the GED within 6 months). Pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background check, is required. Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus, and customer-service aptitude is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid UT State Driver's License Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Customer service background preferred
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation
