Job Summary
Monitor premises, manage access control, and patrol assigned locations to maintain a safe environment for clients. Enforce site regulations regarding personnel and visitors while resolving conflicts and de-escalating tense situations. Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, or hazardous conditions immediately. Ensure all post orders are followed, complete assigned rounds, and conduct property tours. Provide customer service information to employees and guests while utilizing technology devices throughout the shift. Write detailed reports documenting daily activities and incidents. Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation protocols. Maintain vigilance and a professional demeanor while working independently.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
