Job Summary
Provide security services at a site, perform patrols, identify and report safety issues, de-escalate conflicts, maintain post orders, follow assigned rounds, and deliver impeccable customer service to clients and guests while upholding integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. Responsibilities include conducting foot patrols, reporting hazards or suspicious activity, and ensuring adherence to post orders; strong communication and teamwork are required to interact with client employees and guests and to respond effectively to emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed
- Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Must pass a motor vehicle background check
- Excellent written communication skills needed
