Job Summary
Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas on a routine basis while performing building checks and property inspections. Observe, document, and report incidents, safety concerns, and unusual activity; respond calmly and professionally to incidents and urgent situations. Assist visitors, vendors, and tenants with directions and general property information, monitor traffic flow during busy arrival and departure periods, and enforce parking policies in accordance with company procedures. Complete routine reports and incident documentation accurately and on time while maintaining a professional presence that reflects positively on the property and company. Prime Group Shetland Park is a self-storage asset managed by a top 10 real estate value-add fund manager. This part-time role offers flexible weekday, weekend, and evening/night shifts with a pay range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
