Job Summary
Conduct evening site visits to verify compliance with account scope of work and company policies for designated building maintenance services. Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts while maintaining relationships with independent contractors. Collaborate on solutions by communicating client priorities and ensure adherence to approved cleaning tools and equipment usage. Communicate daily with the Facility Services Manager regarding immediate issues, including nightly recaps via email or phone. Drive within a localized territory and complete a two-week daytime training period before starting the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken skills in a non-English language (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred)
- High School diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry
- Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
- Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation with an active driver's license and auto insurance
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email
- Must be available for a two-week daytime training period prior to starting the evening shift role
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to drive at night if needed
