Job Summary
Verify CLEAR members using the lane at designated venues and stadiums while representing company values. Drive membership enrollments by engaging attendees and educating them on benefits. Resolve attendee and member concerns or inquiries, escalating situations to higher levels as necessary. Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experiences while complying with all security and safety guidelines. Requires completion of a drug test, airport badging, or government-screening process. Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED. Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts are essential, including standing for up to 8 hours per day.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers and members alike

- Detail oriented with a great sense of pride for self and company integrity
- Ability to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently
- Completion of a drug test, airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
