Job Summary
Process product pallets, run boxes through machines, insert pulp, stack empty boxes, and apply labels. Pull inventory from flow bins using scanners to build customer-facing products from multiple SKUs. Perform final quality checks on outgoing items and execute value-added services like hand-rolling bottles, custom box builds, and wax dipping. Maintain a safe, tidy workspace and follow written process instructions while communicating with team members. This part-time, casual, as-needed role offers flexible Monday through Friday shifts and includes 401(k) matching, dental, and health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and quantity checks
- Ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or stocking experience
- Experience with pallet jacks, carts, or similar equipment
- Familiarity with barcoding or inventory systems
- Ability to lift, carry and/or move up to 50lbs
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal process instructions
- Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
