Greet customers and employees with professionalism while maintaining a clean, organized atmosphere that aligns with Renfroe's mission. Process and stock seafood items, monitor product temperatures in coolers and freezers, and ensure proper rotation for freshness. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized while reporting any safety risks, theft, or fraud. Maintain acceptable product conditions and floor safety, requiring the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Assist the department manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals.
