Process and stock seafood items, monitor product temperatures in coolers and freezers, and ensure proper rotation for freshness. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized while reporting any safety risks, theft, or fraud. Maintain acceptable product conditions and floor safety for customers and staff. Work in a fast-paced seafood department supporting the Renfroe's mission to exceed customer service and gross profit goals.
