Job Summary
Provide support and leadership to the Director of Operations and office team. Conduct cold calling in person and via phone to retirement communities, senior centers, hospitals, and rehabs to promote public awareness and drive revenue growth. Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, identify opportunities for market expansion, and follow up on scheduling assessments to convert potential clients into active ones. Attend daily morning staff meetings. Requires one year of sales experience and proficiency in learning software programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Cold Calling both in-person and via phone
- Ability to learn software programs quickly
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize
- Minimum of (1) one year's experience in Sales
