Job Summary
Manage showroom interactions with homeowners, interior designers, and trade professionals to provide recommendations meeting space, style, and cost requirements. Track store orders, deliver product updates, and maintain showroom presentation standards through cleanliness and merchandising. Educate clients on installation and product use while building lasting relationships via follow-up methods. Read floor plans, calculate measurements, and present yourself professionally to ensure a world-class buying experience. Work 20-30 hours weekly with uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, calculate measurements and read floor plans
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
- Maintaining excellence through Showroom presentation (cleanliness, merchandising)
- Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent people person
- Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback
- Work well under high pressure, ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
