Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend items to fulfill guest needs. Perform cashiering duties including opening and closing registers, counting money, and processing payments while maintaining a clean, shoppable store environment. Manage visual merchandising by displaying products, handling freight, and preparing displays to maximize sales. Anticipate guest needs by suggesting additional items and helping locate merchandise based on their desires. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, exchange procedures, and security practices to prevent theft and handle loss prevention guidelines. Achieve personal sales goals and build guest relationships through loyalty programs and consistent service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and registers.
