Part-Time Sales Teammate

Part-time Sales Teammate responsible for delivering legendary guest service, assisting customers with merchandise, operating POS, cashiering, merchandising and operational tasks, including displays, price markdowns, and routine store maintenance. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, helping locate merchandise, suggesting additional items to enhance the guest experience, maintaining knowledge of current promotions and exchanges, achieving personal sales goals, and contributing to a positive store environment. Additional duties encompass using the Sales Presentation Guide, fulfilling alterations preparation, processing transactions, bagging purchases, and supporting Buckle’s merchandising and customer service expectations. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership actions when needed, and adherence to store policies and Loss Prevention practices, with a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
