Part-Time Sales Teammate

Part-Time Sales Teammate at Buckle responsible for greeting Guests with legendary service, assisting Guests with merchandise selection, performing cashiering and POS procedures, maintaining and stocking merchandise displays, executing sales-related duties and following Store Management directives. Coordinates merchandising, displays, and routine store operations (cash handling, exchanges, and loss prevention) to achieve personal and store sales goals. Engages in Teammate recruiting, training, and development activities, supports customer relationship building, and contributes to a positive team floor culture. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to Buckle’s policies and ethics guidelines, with duties spanning sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, including occasional special projects and compliance with store procedures.
