Job Summary
Greet guests, answer product questions, and recommend merchandise to create an enjoyable shopping experience. Assist with cashiering, register procedures, and bagging purchases while maintaining a clean, organized store. Perform merchandising tasks including merchandise display, pulls, and price markdowns to maximize sales. Recognize recruiting opportunities and build guest relationships to develop client-based business. Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom
