Job Summary
Greet guests, answer product questions, and recommend merchandise to drive personal sales goals. Assist with checkout, bag purchases, and prepare items for alterations while maintaining a clean, shoppable store. Manage visual merchandising by displaying freight, identifying product improvements, and ensuring sales floor sizing. Handle cash register operations, balance drawers, and process payments, exchanges, and returns. Monitor for security risks, follow loss prevention guidelines, and communicate policy violations to management. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
