Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer product questions, and recommend merchandise to create an enjoyable shopping experience. Perform cashiering duties, check out purchases, and prepare items for alterations while maintaining a clean, organized store. Manage visual merchandising by displaying products, handling freight, and executing price markdowns. Monitor security risks, conduct bag checks, and follow loss prevention guidelines. Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs. Achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals set by management. No supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom
