Part-Time Sales Teammate

Part-Time Sales Teammate responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, recommending and locating merchandise, executing sales goals, operating the register and POS procedures, handling exchanges, preparing merchandise for alterations, maintaining displays, following loss prevention practices, and supporting teammate recruitment and training. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to Buckle’s policies and performance standards in a retail environment. Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
