Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer product questions, and recommend merchandise to create an enjoyable shopping experience. Assist with cashiering, register procedures, and bagging purchases while maintaining a clean, organized store. Manage visual merchandising by displaying products, handling freight, and preparing for alterations. Track personal sales goals, fill out the Sales Presentation Guide daily, and build guest relationships for loyalty programs. Handle exchange and return procedures, monitor security risks, and report policy violations to leadership. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
