Part-Time Sales Teammate

Part-Time Sales Teammate responsible for delivering an engaging shopping experience and supporting store operations. Key duties include greeting Guests, answering questions, recommending and locating merchandise, executing sales goals, cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, routine store maintenance, and following Loss Prevention procedures. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, executing the Sales Presentation Guide, maintaining store presentation, assisting with special orders, and contributing to a positive team environment. No prior experience or training is required; flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods is expected. This position supports Buckle’s mission of creating an enjoyable Guest experience and involves merchandising, guest service, and store operations.
