Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to create a wardrobing experience. Check out purchases, bag items, and help guests try on or fit merchandise while maintaining a clean, organized store. Perform merchandising tasks like handling freight, re-merchandising displays, and completing price markdowns. Open and close cash registers, balance drawers, and make deposits while following loss prevention guidelines. Achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals set by Store Management. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
