Job Summary
Greet guests, answer product questions, and recommend merchandise to achieve personal sales goals. Check out purchases, process payments, and handle cash register operations including deposits and balancing. Manage visual merchandising by displaying products, handling freight, and maintaining clean store floors. Assist with alterations, process returns and exchanges, and identify security risks to prevent theft. Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and major holidays to support store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
