Job Summary
Part-Time Sales Teammate responsible for delivering legendary guest service, driving sales, and performing merchandising and operational tasks including cashiering, displays, price markdowns, and POS procedures. Duties include greeting guests, assisting with product selection, maintaining knowledge of promotions, executing the Sales Presentation Guide, processing transactions, handling returns/exchanges, assisting with fittings and alterations, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment in alignment with Buckle’s policies and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience or training required
- Part-Time availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required
- Ability to perform duties with customer service focus and basic merchandising/operational tasks
