Job Summary
Part-time Sales Team Leader responsible for in-store supervision, directing personnel, and providing leadership to store associates at Broadway Square Mall in Tyler, TX. Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, monitoring guest service levels, training associates, inventory processes, scheduling, safety and policy compliance, and coordinating store-wide communications and promotions. Requires strong customer service, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to train staff, manage inventory, and support merchandising efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent with a minimum 1-year retail or customer service experience is preferred or equivalent education/experience
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Pass a background check as well as an alcohol, controlled substance, and illegal drug screen that meets Company standards before beginning
