Job Summary
Direct in-store supervision and leadership for a new James Avery Jewelry location in Sarasota, FL, including greeting guests, resolving issues, and managing returns. Oversee store operations by approving schedules, conducting inventory cycles, and executing opening/closing duties. Train associates on sales, product care equipment, and visual merchandising standards while monitoring service levels. Lead the Retail Store Leadership Team, coordinate team-building activities, and implement company promotions. Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of Store Management.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-year retail or customer service experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to competently perform all the essential duties of the position
- Demonstrated commitment to effective customer service delivery
- Integrity
- Ability to work productively as a member of a team or work group
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent with a minimum 1-year retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
