Job Summary
Lead and supervise store associates as part of the Retail Store Leadership Team at our Lufkin, TX location, directing personnel, resolving guest issues, and ensuring high standards of guest service. Provide leadership and training to associates, coordinate regular training, manage inventory processes, and assist with opening/closing duties, store meetings, and promotional events. Responsible for visual merchandising, scheduling, security procedures, and maintaining company standards. Requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities to support store operations and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
