Job Summary
Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations by building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions. Cultivate a robust client book through proactive outreach via SMS, email, and referrals to generate repeat business. Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approach. Model best-in-class selling behaviors on the floor to inspire the team while supporting store operations including POS, merchandising, and inventory standards. Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures. Requires 2+ years in luxury retail sales with flexible hours covering weekends, evenings, and holidays. Compensation is $17-19/hr plus sales-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in retail sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Able to climb ladders and stairs
- Able to bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
