Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional 5.11 EDGE customer experience and foster a customer-first culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Support merchandising, stock organization, and visuals while maintaining high standards throughout the store to ensure customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence. Work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to build a high-energy environment and uphold brand standards. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
Required Qualifications
