Job Summary
Lead and coach store teammates as a Shift Lead to deliver an exceptional 5.11 EDGE customer experience, foster a customer-first culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, and support merchandising, stock organization, and visuals. Maintain high standards throughout the store, ensuring customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence while collaborating with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Bring retail or customer service experience, enthusiasm, teamwork, problem-solving, and a passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear. This role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities to learn and grow, and employee discounts. Pay ranges from $16.90 to $19.50 per hour.
