Job Summary
Lead a store team as Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) to deliver the 5.11 EDGE customer experience. Drive a high-energy, customer-first environment, support merchandising, stock organization, and visuals, uphold store standards, and collaborate with the Store Manager to coach and develop staff in a fast-paced, results-driven setting. Responsibilities include leading by example, tackling challenges, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement. Must leverage passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear and maintain high standards in customer interactions and store operations.
