Job Summary
Part-Time Sales Receptionist at Milan Laser Hair Removal in Fort Wayne (West), IN. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to enhance satisfaction and build relationships, overseeing front desk operations (answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records), assisting medical staff with treatment-room upkeep, collaborating with the clinic team to meet monthly sales goals, performing miscellaneous clinic operational tasks, and identifying upsell opportunities. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to handle confidential information, computer and sales software proficiency, and a willingness to work weekends and evenings.
