Job Summary
Part-time Sales Receptionist in Champaign, IL, at Milan Laser Hair Removal. You’ll manage front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, assist clinical staff with treatment rooms, support sales goals, and engage clients to promote satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include client experience enhancements, upsell conversations, maintaining client records, coordinating with the clinic team, and performing clinic operational tasks. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, confidentiality, and availability for weekends/evenings. Competitive pay at $17/hour plus potential monthly bonus, with benefits and commission opportunities; not sponsoring visas at this time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required
- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently required
