Job Summary
Part-time Sales Outfitter responsible for counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. Duties include greeting customers, identifying needs, providing product recommendations, detailing ATF/GCA regulations, completing 4473 forms, arranging store merchandise, promoting programs (CLUB, VOC, in-store pickup), maintaining product knowledge, ensuring pricing/signage accuracy, supporting seasonal floor moves, and upholding store policies while delivering a legendary customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge in ATF Federal and State Regulations
- GCA
- Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
