Job Summary
Replenish, merchandise, and maintain product displays and inventory levels across all designated accounts in compliance with company standards. Manage back stock, conduct store surveys, and rotate products while ensuring proper face and spin of all items. Transport, replace, and maintain point-of-sale advertising; communicate equipment service needs and resolve customer service issues through daily follow-up. Organize backroom inventory, maintain cleanliness of sales floors and equipment, and ensure account assets meet merchandising standards. Work afternoon shifts, mostly weekends, up to 29.5 hours weekly, with a personal vehicle and valid driver's license required. This role involves physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for eight hours, supporting Coke Florida's distribution of over 600 products across the Tampa Market.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
- Proficient computer application skills
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product
- Certification as required for operating a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by company
- Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching about the head, reaching at the waist, reaching below the knees and bending at the knees
- Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack or hand truck) containing product loads up to a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
- Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activities
- Ability to read information in small, medium and large print
- Ability to stand a minimum of 8 hours during the workday up to 10 hours
- Ability to walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workday
- Frequently work in a hot/humid indoor environment
- Must be available for afternoon start time
- Must be available for mostly weekends
- Must work up to 29.5 hours a week
- Must maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must work overtime as assigned
- Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws
- Must comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards
- Must work shifts and work schedules as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree/1-2 Yr. College - Univ. Degree
- 1+ year previous sales/merchandising experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Ability to use and understand mobile applications
- 1+ year working under minimal, or no supervision
