Job Summary
Model Experience First behaviors by providing exceptional guest service and actively engaging customers to ensure a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Guide and direct a team of associates during designated Floor Leader shifts to support smooth store operations and achieve sales goals. When not leading, function as a Bear Builder by consistently meeting brand standards and fostering positive interactions. Provide feedback to management on performance and compliance issues. Work 15-25 hours per week in a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
