Job Summary
Model Experience First behaviors while providing exceptional guest service and actively engaging customers to ensure a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Guide, support, and direct a team of associates during designated shifts as a Floor Leader on Duty, focusing on smooth store operations and achieving sales goals. Provide feedback to management regarding performance and compliance issues. When not leading, function as a Bear Builder by consistently meeting brand standards and fostering positive interactions. Work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
