Job Summary
Act as a role model Bear Builder and Floor Leader on designated shifts, providing direction to associates while modeling Experience First behaviors to achieve store sales goals. When not leading, function as a Bear Builder by actively engaging guests, creating a warm atmosphere, and ensuring operational excellence through consistent brand standards. Deliver exceptional guest service and provide feedback to management on performance and compliance issues. Work 15-25 hours per week in a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting over 25 pounds. Thrive in a dynamic environment by connecting with guests and inspiring others to achieve results.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
