Job Summary
Part Time Sales Lead at Build-A-Bear in Farmington, UT. The role combines Floor Leader on Duty responsibilities with Bear Builder duties. As Floor Leader on Duty, the candidate will coach a team of associates to achieve sales goals, model Experience First behaviors, provide feedback to management on performance and compliance, and deliver exceptional guest service. When not designated as Floor Leader, the individual functions as a Bear Builder, delivering exceptional guest service, creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere, and upholding brand standards to ensure a cohesive guest experience. The position requires a flexible retail schedule, with the ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays; prior Build-A-Bear store experience is preferred, and an associate degree in business/management is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
