Part Time Sales Lead - Springfield Town Center

Part-time Sales Lead at Build-A-Bear for Springfield Town Center. Acts as Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts, directing a team of Bear Builders to achieve store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors and delivering exceptional Guest service. When not Floor Leader on Duty, functions as a Bear Builder, engaging with Guests and maintaining brand standards to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere and a cohesive guest experience. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting associates, providing feedback to management on performance and compliance, and ensuring smooth store operations to meet sales targets. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 15-25 hours per week availability; preferred Store Associate experience and an Associate’s or higher degree in business/management.
