Job Summary
Model Experience First behaviors by providing exceptional guest service and actively engaging with guests to foster positive interactions. Guide, support, and direct a team of associates during designated shifts to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals. Provide feedback to management on performance and compliance issues while consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines. Uphold operational excellence by being dependable, engaged, and helpful in a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Availability is 15-25 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
