Part Time Sales Lead

Part-time Sales Lead focusing on delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching and onboarding associates, and supporting store leadership. Collaborates with the Store Manager to maintain high visual and operational standards, uses POS and omnichannel tools to ensure a seamless customer journey, and has the ability to step in as manager when needed. Requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred); flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on coaching, delegation, prioritization, and driving a customer-focused team environment.
